Adgitize is an advertising and traffic generation program that helps you promote your blog, and pays you for being an active user. They have programs available for people who would like to advertise, earn money being a publisher, generate affiliate comissions, or all three. You do not have to participate in all of the program types, just the ones that appeal to you.
Adgitize for Publishers
If you will look to the left in my "Traffic Widgets" panel, you will see a series of 125x125 ads, with the words Adgitize me on the bottom. This is one of the many different types of panels that publishers can use to gain revenues from their blogs. You can earn points for writing new content (one article a day), page views generated to your site, and any ads that you click from other participating sites. Clickling on ads is optional, so even if you choose not to do this you will gain earnings just by posting regularly and having people read your blog. The points awarded for pageviews do not require that your readers click the ads, simply view them. Unlike some other ad programs, adgitize will work with publishers of newer and smaller blogs as well, which makes using them very nice. The rates may be a little lower than what you can get on some of the other ad platforms, but you do not have to have or maintain a set trafic rating or click through percentage either. Adgitize for publishers is a truly hassle and worry free method of monetizing your blog. There is no cost to be a publisher or an affiliate, and it is great to be able to earn revenues from doing nothing more than simply posting your content and having your readers read it.
Adgitize for Affiliates
If you place the adgitize for affiliates box (above the ad strip in my widget) or banner (located above this post) on your blog and someone joins the adgitize program and becomes an advertiser, you can earn ongoing commissions from that member. For each new advertiser, you will earn from $2-5 signup bonus, and a $1 commission for every month that they continue to advertise with the adgitize program.
Adgitize for Advertisers
Adgitize is a great way to get traffic to your blog. For a cost of $24 a month, your ads will rotate across the entire network of participating blogs. Every time someone views a new page (even within the same blog) the ads rotate; so you can be assured that your ads will appear on a vast network of blogs and will be seen by a lot of readers. In addition, the publishers themselves may click up to 100 ads per day for points, and must do so by travelling to 100 different blogs; because you can only click one ad per blog. This means that you may get your blog noticed by other bloggers as well, who may want to subscribe or exchange links with you.
